TO: Commanding Officer, 150th Engineer Combat Battalion, APO 403, US Army. 1. It has been my pleasure to receive oral commendation from Major General Baade, Commanding General, 3rd Infantry Division, for the Engineer work performed by this organization and attached units. 2.
